You can request deletion of your Chlanko account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You can delete your Chlanko account in two ways:
1. In the app: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm the action.
2. By email: send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account.
After confirmation, we delete or anonymize your personal data, including:
• name, email, and phone number
• profile and account settings
• app usage data linked to your account
Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. payment records for accounting and tax purposes).
In-app deletion is processed immediately where technically possible.
Email requests are handled within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
If you are a member of a sports club using Chlanko, certain membership records may be managed by the club.
Contact your club administrator for questions about membership data they hold.
