Terms and Conditions

User: a legal entity (sports club, academy, organization) using the Application.

Administrator: an authorized representative of the User.

Service: a SaaS platform for managing teams, players, fees, expenses, and documentation.

The Application is intended exclusively for legal entities. Children and minors cannot accept these Terms or create accounts independently.

All data related to minors is entered by clubs, which are fully responsible for its legality.

CHLANKO provides a software solution for:

• team and player management

• attendance tracking

• membership fee and expense management

• documentation and administration

Features may be updated or changed over time.

Users are responsible for:

• accuracy of provided data

• account security

• all activities performed under their account

• Billing is monthly and is processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and the authorised reseller of the purchase.

• Prices are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, stops further charges, and access stays active until then.

• The purchase contract is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds follow the 14-day refund policy described in section 6.

14-day full refund: you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to every customer in every country and region, with no difference based on location. It covers the first subscription payment and each renewal payment.

The refund is always for the full amount of the payment. No partial refunds are issued, and you do not need to give a reason for the request.

How to request a refund: use the support link in the payment receipt email, or visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”. You can also contact us at sasa@chlanko.com and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, access to CHLANKO for the refunded period ends.

After the 14-day period, payments are not refunded. You can still cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, stops further payments, and access stays active until then.

Refunds are handled in line with the Paddle Refund Policy. Refunds may be refused only where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

A 30-day free trial may be offered. Unless cancelled, the subscription will automatically continue after the trial. The 14-day refund period described in section 6 applies to the first payment after the trial ends.

Users are solely responsible for:

• accuracy and legality of entered data

• parental consents

• financial records

CHLANKO does not verify user-entered data.

CHLANKO is not liable for:

• sports injuries

• coaching or administrative decisions

• disputes between clubs, parents, players, or third parties

• financial losses or damages

The Application is an administrative tool only.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users agree to receive:

• system notifications

• service emails

• newsletters

Additional channels (e.g. Viber, SMS) may be introduced in the future.

Users may cancel the subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

All intellectual property rights belong to Chlanko App d.o.o. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

These Terms, which govern use of the Application, are governed by:

• the laws of the Republic of Serbia

• applicable European Union regulations, where relevant

The purchase itself and payment disputes are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds follow the 14-day refund policy in section 6.
